Owner is shocked! (I drove the TA to St. Louis to go watch the IndyCar race at Gateway and averaged 25 mpg)
Indy Lights start:
IndyCar race was great, although I figured there would be a lot more lapping than there actually was.
Didn’t get many photos because my phone was dying, but it was a great time. I’ll probably go to the race at Kansas next year with the new cars.

Took my RX-8 on a road trip once. It always got 16, but on this trip hit 22. I know your feeling.
I’m looking forward to the new cars, too.

Still looking to find an ELR for a decent price to help out with the mileage situation.

To be fair, I once got 28 mpg over roughly 240 miles, but the car was empty and there was a strong tailwind on I-70.

Nice mileage!
We weren’t sitting far away from you. We were directly across from the scoring pylon. That was a great race.
