I guess it proves two things:

BRG (or a similar shade) can improve ANY car, but it is not guaranteed to make any car NOT boring.

A modern Corolla cannot be made not boring, only less boring.

I guess with those two thoughts...it’s bad (but not the worst) news for British racing green, and hopeful (but not really good) news for the modern Corolla.

I do really like the color, I wish more cars came in colors, it seems like most lineups these days feature gray, dark gray, shiny gray, darkest gray, white and then a token bright red and/or blue. As much as it pains me my next car will probably be dark or shiny gray, I’m just not a fan of most bright metallic colors. I want a civic si in that black cherry color the older fits and civics had, or the Lincoln Tahitian pearl another OPPO posted. Or a nice green. Or more complex darker colors like the cerulean blue on the Kia niro, my mom has that color on hers and it’s awesome.
