Strange speed limits that I came across in nearby communities.
Plus, got the front door spot for today’s workout!
Bonus: Pantera spotting. Matte wrap and questionable LED lights

Fun fact about those speed limits: they’re designed for trucks with trailers (like a semi) and is the speed considered safe for them to make the turn. I take them as a challenge to try and exit (when it’s an off-ramp) to double the speed. I try and be a little more reasonable on regular roads and just go 50% faster, but some are fun and safe enough to reach 100% of the suggested (really it’s required) speed of the sign.

That’s only in reference to the yellow signs versus the white ones, not the weird speed limit numbers.

Oh yeah, I guess I should have mentioned that. I just assumed since he posted yellow signs it would be obvious, but I now see it’s not.

im not sure why some people try to update the look of clearly classic cars with bits like leds or matte wraps.
i admit i put an hid kit into an old jaguar, but i used yellowish temperature bulbs and only did it because the stock lights were not much better than holding a candle out the window.

wait... the yellow speed signs are only for trucks? or the limits chosen for trucks but everyone must follow?

Me neither. I dropped in LED reverse lights for my F355 (because bulb heat warps the lens...Ferrari engineering for you), but I went with soft white for the period-correct look.

Yellow speed limit signs are advisory, they do not qualify as an actual speed limits in that you cannot be fined for exceeding them as such. What he is saying is they are calculated based on a safe speed for larger vehicles, although it is advisable for everyone.
