My parents decided to mid-life crisis a few years ago and bought a 2011 328xi. They’ve enjoyed it, but the warranty runs out soon, so they’re looking at replacement options. Right now my dad is interested in another 3 series or possibly an MKZ (strange choices, I know). Anyway, someone near my office has a gorgeous black Q70 and I thought I’d check them out and possibly suggest it to my dad.

Anybody have any experience with them?

I can understand his position. I find that grill so offensive that I will probably never be able to own any car that sports it, no matter how good they actually are.
