I once got an application passed to me with an automatic interview (which happens if someone is ‘extremely qualified) for an entry-mid level data analyst where all of the prior experience was a bunch of C-suite jobs. Turned out it was some ~25 year old kid who had serially created, with his friends, a bunch of LLCs where they’d styled themselves CFO, CEO, etc. etc. As far as I could glean from the interview he’d literally done nothing in any of the ‘jobs’. I had to talk to recruiting about their screening process...
