I’m going to have to go through hell and half of Georgia to get this window out of the car. Should’ve given my morning coffee a splash of whiskey if I’d know this was coming down the pipe...
Anyone dealt with one of these that has any useful tips besides remove 25 components to get to the glass fasteners? Paging BeauM...

Restoration. The car has sentimental value to it’s owner, and he wants 20+ years of questionable choices & three cheap paint jobs (on top of the factory finish) undone.

I would cover that with a nice spray lacquer and leave it for posterity.

I actually like the way it looks, honestly. I wouldn’t mind featheredge sanding spots into the car like that, giving it an almost faux-tie dye t-shirt look, then clearing it.

I like it a bunch. I’d leave it as is and clear it. Any more than that, and it’s too fancy to be my car.
