No problem found with exhaust system. Would instead advise customer to stop driving vehicle immediately.

Kinja'd!!!

Hopes and dreams are the only thing holding that shock in place. The other side was no better. That white-ness in the right hole is the sound deadening for the hatch area.

First gen Escape, surprise surprise. With two child seats in the back.

Had a Minty (looking) Tercel referred over by another bodyshop, because we were the rust guys. We could hear the rear suspension moving seperately from the car as she drove up. It was climbing into the trunk. This did not concern the customer as much as the dent she thought warranted re painting the car(for what I guess is the fourth time) Just make it straight and shiny.

Those things rusted like... like a 2000s. Ford/Mazda. I sold a New Escape to a girl who had one through high school and college, but it was rusting to hell. It was yellow and she Called it Twinkie.

I think stories of people who loved their cars was the only thing I really liked about selling cars.

Hey poor single mom’s need cars too.

I know it’s not the rule but most people who drive rusty shit boxes do it because it’s all they can afford. Then again it’s usually the same people that blow their money on booze and cigarettes.

Sounds like the priorities of the average car owner.

It’s always seems to be the cars the most unsafe that have child seats.

I know, and I know, but priorities your means and get something that won’t fold up like a beer can in a wreck.

Let me guess. Clean on the outside, “but I always wash it”, undercarriage never seen even a squirt from a hose?

I could probably have put my hand though the quarter panel on either side would I have wanted to. Just someone who doesn’t care.
