I cannot imagine what kind of maintenance is required for such a vehicle.

Also - Is it insured as a boat or an RV?

Also - They said it was stable and not top-heavy but that thing sure rocked around quite a bit.

Just the thought of everything that can go wrong with this “thing” makes my head spin. Plus bs on saying it’s not top heavy. It was listing and shaking around in calm water. Lord help the poor soul that take this out with any wind or chop.

This. An RV is already taking everything that needs maintenance and can go wrong on a car, and then combining it with everything that needs maintenance and can go wrong on a house. I can’t even imagine adding everything that needs maintenance and goes wrong on a boat to the mix.
