Pick me up a 302 while you’re at it.

Can you pick me up a LS9 while you are there?

so did you ever figure out where the noise was coming from?.........

Bottom end, likely from a botched rebuild before I got it. Going to buy an engine stand and keep it in my mom’s garage and tear it down and see about rebuilding it.

This guy exclusively drives 70s and 80s muscle cars. His daily is an 88 Monte Carlo SS. Don’t think he has anything that modern :P

Why not just fix the Miata? I can’t remember what’s wrong with it but that might be cheaper than a crate engine.

It works, but the Mustang needs to be sold and the Jag needs to be able to move under its own power before it gets towed by the city, and I need to have two working cars.

Lol

So why not sell the jag and use the Mustang? Is the Mustang broke, too?

No, I just much prefer the Jag to the Mustang, and selling the Jag would be virtually impossible.

I mean, I’d consider it as-is but my wallet and sensible side would rather you fix it and keep driving it
