Poutine . It’s fries, cheese curds, and poutine sauce ( mélange à sauce poutine), which is like gravy, but better. Quite possibly the best thing to come out of Canada.

the vinegar is for the taste, and most likely the healthiest thing on it.

Her family was from Temiskaming Shores but lived away from there most of the time. She was in Rouyn-Noranda just for the summer.
