These belonged to the ex of a friend and she wanted them gone. Very cool antique Bedouin (I think) flintlocks. The inlay work is really something.

Man those are gorgeous. We’ve got an old French Revolution flintlock that we pulled from the ground at our old barn conversion in France which is neat. Even if it was in good condition it’d still be a fairly utilitarian thing. Yours are works of art :)

I’m not sure I want to sell them. They might become wall art since there’s no way I’d trust them to actually fire, haha.

That is a nice pair of jezzails. The are probably from Afghanistan,Pakistan or Kashmir. North Africa is also a possibility.

There’s probably a Singer or Eagle for flintlock restorations, but I reckon they’ll charge a fuckton more than what these are worth right now.

Or you can ditch the old firing mechanism and make it a break-action shotgun or rifle.

Looks like Jezail rifles. They are handmade typically...and chased away the British Empire

Looks odd for jezails or camel guns, mostly because of the weird stocks. I wonder if they’re from Turkey.

Jezail rifles are known for the weird stocks. As they can also be used as clubs. They are handmade and it varies based on the creator.
