How do u remove that elbow

There should be a plastic clip in there that you pry up on and remove, once the clips gone the fitting slides off. Dealt with similar fitting in a Tacoma evap system, though it was easier because the clip was red.

I’d use a hammer and a cold chisel. Then again, I work on Land Rovers mostly.

Looks like you can get a flathead in there and pry it loose (and then ask how to replace the clip when it snaps maybe)? I’d think some PB Blaster might help loosen the crud a little. WD-40 might do in a pinch.

Sure does uglify a car. My cousin in Pennsylvania kept a Summer car and a Winter car. I couldn’t understand it at the time, 35 years ago.
