I like the bitterness. There’s a time for nice balance, but sometimes you just want a shit ton of hops

IPA’s are the worst beer. Just like red delicious is the worst apple. They’re crafted for long shelf lives and high resistance to bruising, but taste like cardboard.

Why do all the craft beer places serve like 75% IPAs? If I wanted a bitter glass of skunk piss that’s what I’d order.
