Back in the 80s, I remember seeing a few conversions like this running around where my grandmother lived in Michigan, she lived near the Centurion Conversion Van factory, I always figured they were prototype 5th wheel haulers built there. They also built 4 door Broncos and their actual 5th wheel conversions van chassis cabs with a back seat and custom bed.

Centurion built some amazing things. I’d love to get ahold of one of those 4-door Broncos.

I dig it. Good thing it’s too far away for me. My wife would murderdeathkill me if I rolled into the driveway in that.

I’ve always wanted an old boxy panther, now I have one more reason.

The other day I saw an old box Suburaban with a similar treatment, and a random rusty engine block in the “bed” didn’t get any pictures because the owner was nere by an looked not so nice.
