A bit surprised at the ‘Vette dyno though. Maybe do an episode where you do a super-tune on the carb and ignition. And maybe check the lifter preload.

Maybe. 249 seems to indicate about 300 at the crank which seems about right. it doesn’t run perfect so there’s likely some wiggle room there.

Yeah, I figured it’s a 70 L46 (right?) so knocking off 15% for gross->net and then 15% for drivetrain losses (Muncie?) that drops you close to the ~250. I just figured you’d pick up more from the side pipes to be honest.

It’s still a great pull, no doubt! You guys are doing some really cool stuff.

For any future “let’s spill soda on the car” challenge, you may want to put it in a glass though - I think the bottle held in most of the spillage
