Do I order a 5 guitar rack or a 7 guitar rack? I feel like the 7 will be way to hard to resist filling. I currently have 4 guitars. They’re both like $20

I don’t have the cash to go full hoarder yet. Though the Orange stack is delicious.

You could build that. Square stock is cheap.
If you can’t build it then buy for expansion. It’s better than buying twice.

Bigger is better always cater for expansion

Get the 7 slot rack. Put shotguns in the 3 free slots. Problem solved!

They fill up a lot quicker than you’d think... I have one I made a couple years ago and it filled quick, I just couldn’t stand the empty spaces :)

Guitars have a habit of multiplying and it’s pretty easy to justify another one. Hmm, I don’t have an archtop... or a 12 string, or one with humbuckers... I’ve always wanted a nice Stratocaster... Wow this thing is vintage, obscure, and plays great... I think I’ll get a bass... Next thing you know you have 21 guitars tucked and stacked away in ever corner and nook in your room. Go with the larger one.

Get the five. Even if you end up with eight guitars, you don’t need them all out at the same time unless you own a studio or you like them getting dusty.
My five rack usually has two electrics, an acoustic, and a bass.

But at $20 if I spend more than 2 hours on it, I’m wasting my time.

Yeah, for $20 it’s not I guess it’s not worth it. Get the 7 spot and fill it later!
