They shipped a few to Japan so I presume so - - but it was VERY few.

It looks completely shoehorned in there, like you’d have to remove the engine for minor service. But IDGAF - the fact that you posted a Touring in metallic green at the top is WAYYYYYY too much temptation for me. GIB!

not necessarily as Left Hand drive is seen as more “prestigious” there.

Has anyone swapped an S65 (or S85) into the E36? Because that’s something I’m interested in

I think there’s an S85 E36 somewhere out there as a track car in Europe. It’s been swapped into Z4coupes and E46's.

Looks like someone swapped an S62 into an E36.

I really like the green as well. In fact, green is one of my favorite colors on a car.

This is a true fact, not an opinion. I’ve owned 2 cars in similar shades of green - including a ‘65 Skylark ‘vert. That car was a POS, but it sure was a pretty POS...

Same here, that green is amazing. There was an E46 touring with some M3-ness I recall seeing a while back... it was all kinds of tempting.

Seriously - BMW had a gorgeous green for a long time, but it seems to have vanished on the 3 series entirely. It particularly suited the E36 - - but I realllly long for a green E34 M5.
