I saw them in 2014 and they were bloody brilliant. I can’t say I love their newest album, but I’ve listened to them for a long time. Chester was a monster on stage. Such a shame.

Same here, I grew up with Hybrid Theory, Meteora and Minutes to Midnightt. Remember singing along to LP tracks with friends while hanging out in my early teens. I loved all of their albums up to One More Light. Chester put on a hell of a show live and he’ll be missed.

Every song of their’s sounded heavier live because of Chester’s energy. He screamed half the gig when I saw them, completely unrelenting.

I still can’t process this.

I was and still am such a huge fan of LP, they were such a huge part of my high school and post-high school years.

I remember being blown away by their sound when Hybrid Theory first hit the scene, and then even moreso with Meteora. Minutes to Midnight is still one of my favorites to listen to as well, and not just of their music, but of all the music I listen to.

A huge group of friends from high school and I saw them live back in ‘01 when they were touring for their first album and the show was nothing short of incredible. Their sound, their talent, their energy in person was just unreal.

RIP Chester. You had such a positive impact on so many lives. I hope you’re at peace now, and that your family is able to find peace as well.
