Yup, I want a ‘77 Trans Am Bandit and a Kennworth both are irrational as fuck! Especially all the mods I would need to do to the Trans Am to make it actually perform well and then having a twin stick 1000hp cat motor in the Kennworth.... Hnnnngggg

Or could it be the 2000 Aston Martin V8 Vantage V600 Le Mans be my ridiculous dream car?

Wow, you guys have very similar tastes to me, I LOVE those Esprit V8's and the Vantage V600 is another random “i know this is kind of a bad car but i still want it” one. And the RWD celica love is real too.

Here’s my submission:
I just feel like there are few things more pointless than a gigantic two-door coupe. Too heavy to be fast, too powerful to be slow, to comfortable to handle, but also too stiff to be really comfortable. Too much torque, but also too narrow of a powerband, plus they’re all autotragic, 5-speed autotragic.....Its trying to have its cake and eat it too, but just failing everywhere. And yet....I kinda want one.

Really?! I hate the 79 when they do the separate buckets there is just something off about it to me

and then the awful single bucket with the new front end 74-76 just looks gross to me.

The first gen with the dual bulbs is great and then the 70-73 redesign is just spectacular

They were only able to redeem themselves in 77 and 78 with that style front till they separated the buckets and then you have 82 beginning the 3rd gen and that awful design. Never in the history of the Firebird had it looked worse than a Camaro, but in the 3rd gen it did. And honestly the 90's were not much better, but at least they seemed to try a bit.

I love the ‘79, it may actually be my favorite. The 70-73 cars are gorgeous, and I’ve come to like the 74-76 cars too.

I don’t hate any of them, but I think the Batmobile nose looks unfinished.

Batmobile?! The 77-78 has the most Firebird looking frontend compared to the original.

The 70-73 are probably the most aggressively beautiful (why I really want this 71 that is for sale), but the dream car is 67. The 71 I want seems to be a regular Firebird 400, but I want to turn it into a Trans Am cause

L88 style hoods work really well on 70+ Camaros, Firebirds... not so much. I love the Formula hood on those cars. These cars really benefit from the duckbill spoilers.

Yup those would be my first two purchases. I actually have a Formula hood I can use so really I just need the Duckbill, some windows and regulators, and window seals.

You don’t see them at all hardly. Yeah I was always wondering why Lotus never made any more Espirits. There is actually some legroom in a Espirit unlike all the Elise and Exige’s.
