I saw this on FB and thought, “red trim in the bumper, black wheels, are they finally making a Fit Si?” Nope just a more flashy Sport trim. Booo.

*anger intensifies*
I’d so buy a Fit Si...or i could just buy a Fit and shove a k20 in it

It’s already got the direct injected 1.5l, why it the turbo 1.5l from the Civic Ex. A Fit would be a blast with 175hp.

Even with the crappy K20A3 it would probably be fun.

It’d be even better than the Civic Si...which is why they won’t let you have it.

The Fiesta ST is arguably better than the Focus ST and Ford still lets you have both options.

Honda isn’t Ford.

Cause then it’d be more fun than a Civic si...

I think that has a lot to do with the reputation of the cars. The Fiesta has always been a young person’s car and kind of fun. Where as the Fit/Jazz are seems as more of n old boring person’s. Car in most markets. Of coarse a performance model could change that, but if you’ve found a niche for you’re car and it’s worst why change it?

I’d buy a Fit Si as well.
Or if Toyota brings their hot Yaris over here.

When I first opened my email and saw this yesterday, I thought it was a NISMO Versa note!
