Not everything. Don’t see a risk bubble coming from that old Toyota. So THERE, Allstate!

Except the car. Nothing bad can happen there. Ever.

No doubt written by the same group of people that decided that canoeing in 18 inches of water 100 ft. from shore requires the supervision of a licensed lifeguard, a certified water quality test, and a swimming proficiency test for all participants.

How would a negative review cause a lawsuit? If I have bad service they cannot sue me for telling the truth online

That guest just peed in your pool. That was the accident.

I assure you, it was on purpose

See? This is why we need communism. No ownership, no liability!

Umbrella policies are pretty cheap for the coverage. I was quoted $200 a year for a 1 Million dollar policy.
My fear is if anyone found out about it, they might try to get a payout from it.

It’s best for the dog to have insurance anyway. Though the U.S. System of pet insurance by all accounts is neither here nor there.
As for posting a negative review online, as long as the review is honest, then there is nothing to worry about and shouldn’t need an insurance policy, etc...
It looks as an outside viewer to U.S. Insurance as, ‘ooooh, you still have money, let me take that off your hands’.

Some things are handy to have. Best to just review your policy to see what you actually are covered for versus what you might need.

Only think missing on that picture is the potential liability of having a trailer parked on your lawn with “me first” type relatives living in the said trailer.

At least they didn’t drop a log in the pool.

Hmmm... Dungeon’s and Dragons... and liability insurance.
Now I’m imagining being in a Dungeon, having a character die, then tracking down and suing the shit out of the owner of the dungeon and local town/duchy.

Who do you think would be more fun at a party, a lawyer or an insurance agent?

My agent likes to party so I’ll go with that one.

I know a lot of both and the lawyers win this one by a mile. Or in the case of litigation attorneys, possibly a hundred thousand million miles.
There is a good reason for this: insurance agents especially, and some types of lawyers, are professionally obsessed with avoiding problems and planning for them ahead of time. Litigators get to fix the problem and/or bust heads after the problem already happened.

You’re only half right: they probably cannot
win
their lawsuit against you for telling the truth online. But they could still sue you, or more likely, just send you a nasty letter that makes you think about how much easier deleting the review would be than bothering to defend even a pointless, unwinnable lawsuit.

That was my thought. I’m sure there are many insurance agents that don’t live in constant fear, but I’m sure there are those that do.
Also the lawyers I know have too many fun stories, and like you said, they can be badass and are willing to take on the fight.

I’m biased, but I’m also right.

That just makes me relize how much I fucking hate people. Thanks. Lol can’t even tell the truth anymore without a bloodbath
