I know you posted this for the vehicles, but I’m more interested in the development itself.

Are individual mailboxes not the norm out there? The communal mailbox seems like a real PITA. And what if you have something being delivered that won’t fit in there?

Second, in the picture with the blue truck, that enclave with the weeping pine tree just looks like a mess. Even if it isn’t, it just looks like it’s all overgrown.

I know, awfully nitpicky. But, it is the internet, and that is what we do.

Id recommend you buy a house in North Everett if you weren’t working all the way down in Federal Way (correct?). But some suburbs around Tacoma, there are some nice ones. My brother owned an old home there for by 10 years.
