That’s a Laser 917. I’m impressed when I see that one of these has survived the 70s.
Why am I impressed? Because most of them were just thrown together with junkyard parts. These kits were only as nice as the work, parts, and fit&finish you put into them.
They were all low-budget builds, and often ended up abandoned once they broke.
Google “Laser 917 Kit car” and take a look at the images. Not one is the same because the builder had to source to many bits. The interiors were the worst. (true with most kit cars of this era)

It’s a Laser kit as mentioned by McMike, so it’s almost entirely on them.
Almost, because they didn’t supply that GT wing.
