It is a beautiful morning, 72 degrees at 6:30 am. One of my favorite parts of summer is having my morning coffee in my back yard.

The best feature of our house is that the property has awesome trees all around. We have 3 redwoods, a bunch of Japanese maples, a Calmyrna fig, some lemons, and a number of others. We even have a small apple tree, but someone planted it where it doesn’t get enough sun, so the apples are stunted.

I hope it is nice where you are.

It was 87 deg at 6a when I left my house. I will not be outside much today.

86 @ 0245 when I left for work. Muggy for the rest if the week, may crack 100 again. At least office, home and car a/c all work.

Awesome. I had rented a townhouse with my ex and a couple of friends for a year and it had a lovely back patio with a Japanese maple in the middle of it. It was such a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the morning or dinner at night. I miss that house, but maybe I miss the happy memories more.
