Did they really not bother to make a different plastic mold for the versions with and without parking sensors? That is really nasty.

It’s so much worse than that, actually. They didn’t want to spend the money on a new set of molds after they decided not to include parking sensors on the CTR. So every single one has these dummy sensor spots and no CTR has sensors (nor will any other Civic come from the factory with these bumpers).
On the bright side, the dudebros that decide to put these bumpers on a Civic to make it look like one will be able to keep their parking sensors.
