I took home some hardware yesterday at Wekfest Seattle. I’ve never been to a show that big before. It was very well organized. The import crowd are a lot more accepting of the car than the vintage / classic guys.

Very cool. Probably the best of the 5% of non-stanced cars there.
No doubt those mods can bring out the pedantic streak in greybeards who get ornery about customization to a mass produced car.

Classic car guys(especially of the American car variety) are why I tend to avoid shows, and go to meets instead. They are generally assholes to people below the age of 35-40.

I just get sick of people asking “you gonna restore it?”
That’s like meeting someone and them immediately saying, Hey nice to meet you, are you gonna lose those extra pounds?
I like it how it is, thankyouverymuch.
