Major CP! I mean sure, the manuals are rare, and this one looks very nice, but the last one I saw for sale (also black) was $32k.

I want one with an engine swap, like from a Maserati GT... those things are a technical nightmare, really.

I’ve started to appreciate the 400 series lately. They’re very understated, but I dig the combination of low-slung proportions and upright greenhouse. Because the tiny windows on modern cars are my least favorite thing about modern cars.

The upholstery is hilarious though. It’s like the folks at Ferrari said, “this is a luxury model, more padding everywhere!”

I’ve heard you have to pay more than the car is worth sometimes to fix issues or replace whole systems in the cars.

Oh make no doubt I don’t doubt it... Realistically, I’d probably buy it if I was ever wealthy enough for such a a collection of cars. I wouldn’t want this as a weekend toy or something, I would be very scared of the reliability issues...

I’ve seen them for sale with a shot engine. Find a Maserati motor so it sounds Italian, I don’t think these will ever be a coveted model, unless someone is super 80s and just loves them. I really like them and with a reliabe motor I would totally get one.
