So I find a package at my door this morning that was overnighted from Bendpack:

I’m guessing that someone at BendPack actually reads Oppo as I don’t believe this is a coincidence.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

If you recall from the article that I posted yesterday, I was rather critical of the poor wheels that come with the QuickJack and had a pic of my damaged ones.

It appears that these new ones are of a different design as they have a flatter rolling surface (Once again confirming Bendpack’s dedication to improving their product). I will certainly install them and give them a try! I hope they will work better than the last.

Now that is some darn good customer service!

Wow! That is great service. I’m going to have to agree that it’s no coincidence, since it was over-nighted to you. That ain’t cheap.

I’m really interested in how they do, as my truck would require the 7k pound model, and my garage floor sucks.

I did not contact them at all. I read about them sending new wheels to people who wrecked them like mine but never bothered to contact them because I assume they would meet the same quick death mine did.

They sent me these new wheels unsolicited, besides what I wrote in my article.

I’m wondering that myself. But, I gave away enough information in the article including the blurb at the end. My name (Joe) and the general area where I live (buffalo). I’m sure it’s not like they sell millions of these a month. They would just have had to look through their previous sales to find my information. What’s even funnier is that I had my Quickjack shipped to my dad’s house and the wheels came to me (which was the billing address)

Awesome customer service. Not many companies that go above and beyond anymore to insure a happy customer. I might have to look into buying one myself.

I noticed that your article included your email address — did you give QJ the same address when you purchased the equipment? That would make it pretty easy for them to figure out who you are and send the new wheels. If you didn’t give them your email address, then:

Relatedly, how do you think these would do on a slightly uneven/cracked garage floor?

My floor has a ‘dip’ in it and the lifts seem to do fine with it. I’ve also jacked them up on two different concrete pads and they worked with no issue. Nothing too crazy though as far as uneveness.
