Especially in Boss trim

I have a friend with a pre-production Gotta Have It Green Boss, and it’s sweet. It’s also the first GHIG car.

Here’s my favorite for looks. Anything else? Naw.

Agreed, but I’m a little biased.

It has this weird thing where I think it looks better in pictures than in person. In person it’s a bit too bulky, especially compared to the much slimmer looking S550 generation.

How did he get his hands on a pre-production car? I know some people who work at Ford test labs and they’ve told me all the pre-production cars go to the scrapper.

Agree but biased.
Stick axle for life!

So what’s the track pack tune sound like on that? I’ve heard the red key was much more aggressive on the pre production cars.

That’s actually my #2 favorite, my best friend in high school had a V6 one and my Tae Kwon Do Master had a Cobra. Completely biased lol

I actually feel the opposite, I think the pictures make it look droopy and lumpy but I love them in person

Not the ones that hit the autoshow circuit. http://oppositelock.kinja.com/yes-you-can-have-that-gorgeous-shade-of-ford-gt-blue-1788112803
He bought it at a local dealer, the same one I got my ST from(the one from the linked post is NOT mine). I’ve seen the build date for 2011 on the door(It’s a 2013), and the PP06 serial number. It’s real.

It sounds pretty sweet, though it has a Roush axleback on it. He didn’t buy it knowing the serial number. He says the Track Key is super aggressive

This is the actual car.

Too cool. That’s a keeper

He isn’t too sure about that, because he likes personalizing, and he doesn’t really think that is the car to do it to.

Nope probably not.

Yep those couple years with the 5.0 were the peak for looks and performance.

I like the New Edge styling more than the early SN95s, but I really wish they would have given the interior some edges and creases to match. The curved dashboard goes much better with the older ’94-’98 models.

Which is my least favorite Mustang styling. Funny that one evolved from the other.
