og xbox controllers are standard usb protocol with custom plug. you can chop up the breakaway cable and wire a usb cord onto it.

Hmm. I’m torn, because I really do like shoulder buttons and wireless. Maybe the trick will be to make a Giant Ham Controller controller case + triggers for a normal board and buttons, with battery relocate. brb getting 3d printer

Got a program that allows an Xbox controller to interface with Windows. Installed it on my Windows ME PC and started playing Midtown Madness 2 with it.
