While waiting for the bathroom to clear on the morning of day 2 I’ll post a few pictures from day 1. I think I can confidently say for all of us that we’re having a blast.

Others will have more and better pictures. Better composed too.

The Senator, a recent purchase with a cool 1980s digital dash and with its 3.0 i6 24v engine, decided to puke some coolant. It also refused to engine brake.

They are. It is really, really fun to drive there. And not expensive at all (Austria and Italy), excluding the airline tickets you might need to get there.

Top tip: avoid highways and try to include some places that aren’t likely to feature tourists. Some of the most fun we’ve had were at ‘unknown’ roads that are typically only driven by the few locals living on the mountains.
