But I can recognize a Rick and Morty reference. I had to look the character up, but it seems to be Mr. Meeseeks. Saw this on my commute yesterday.

The back of the van says “Wubba wubba dub dub”, with, what I can only assume, is either a twitter or Instagram handle.
