Probably a kit car, an expensive kit car. The “Powered by Ford” font looks too modern to be from the 60s.

Thankfully it doesn’t appear to be real. The hood is all wrong especially the scoops and vents. The bolt on wheels also appear to be wrong. I believe all the real cars had knock offs.
