I remember an article saying that the pickup bed pool is a terrible idea because the water actually weighs more than rocks or gravel, on account of there not being any void space. O can’t imagine the balcony is rated for that

Seems like the easy part. Unhook the tarp and lower it below the balcony glass. Siphon would be more elegant, but let’s not push them.
