I’ve always like old British 6 cylinder roadsters.

$7,995cad/$6,046usd
It probably has the best sound 107hp/133lb-ft with that 2.5L 6 cylinder.

Old and British, brave you are. Find a Datsun!

Buy it! So I can steal it when I’m in Canada, haha

If your on FB, you can probably join in the Toronto FB page if you went to keep up with all the events in the area. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1758827684389209/?ref=bookmarks

On a scale of 1-10, I think an old British car is probably a 7 or 8. That’s probably around where motorcycles are so I say its definitely a bad idea; you should buy it.

Brilliant idea! I would wholeheartedly approve of TR6 spam ;)
The engine is the same as in my Spitfire, which while not finished yet I have done a lot of research on (and rebuilt one) so can help with working on it :)

Top trivia: that’s a US spec one so it has a pair of SU carbs. The rest of the world got fuel injection, not a common thing fifty years ago.
The injected model wouldn’t meet US emissions regs, oddly enough.

That’s good, I rather not mess around with some werid fuel injection. I know some about carbs from working on old snowmobiles.

The problem be lack indoor storage. I’m fine parking the Juke outside, I want this parked inside. It probably turn to rust as soon as it see rain.

Hmmm, I see what you mean. If it had a quality respray it’d be fine, but with original paint or even a slightly off respray and it’d rust outside.
So, anywhere you could build a car port?

Not really. The garage already has enough stuff in it. So there is no garage space.

Nice price point a plus. But outdoors storage would be a deal breaker. I once sold a nicely repainted 69 Alfa Berlina to a friend. Problem was he didn’t mention that he was going to park it outside. He ruined it in 3 years. Don’t be that guy....

Unless I can find cheap or free indoor parking solution I won’t jump on it.

Are those things as cool as a TR6?
If not, they can live elsewhere/be sold ;)

Also, at 44 years old, assume you will be replacing every bit of rubber in the brake system. All new calipers, lines, master cylinder etc. My 73 Alfa brake system just dissolved in the last two years.

Do it. I love mine, it’s been pretty reliable even.
