The 24 hours of Le Mans is upon us. Green Flag is roughly 9am eastern time. How is everyone watching the race? Is anyone trying to go the full distance (I normally stay up for the full race)? Predictions?

Hockey>racing

I mean, day to day I’d be more into cars, but I honestly don’t enjoy watching racing. Find it kinda meh. You could show me slow-mo overhead views of rally cars cornering all day but that’s about it.

I’ll be watching on the WEC website (I paid for the whole season), with the third-party live timing up, possibly synced to Radio Le Mans audio.

Also, race start is at 09:00 Eastern, not 08:00.

I usually end up falling asleep around midnight Eastern, and then wake up for the last 3 or 4 hours.

I’m gonna try to stay up for this one, but I might bow out for a couple hours during the night.

Not yet sure where I’m going to tune in, but the past couple of years, there’s been a Reddit thread popping up at the last minute to point the way to a stream source. If that fails, I’ll just use one of the team onboards. At any rate, I’ll have Radio Le Mans playing while I keep refreshing Jalopnik’s Black Flag blog every few minutes.
