Apparently it’s the 6.

And the new 8 Series supposedly replaces the 6 Series coupe. Not sure what happens to the convertible and GC 6 series.

I don’t hate it. At least not as much as the current 5GT. They just made the whole damn thing too tall.

Make the less tall, like an A7 or Stinger GT and it might just work.

This makes seriously no sense.

Normally, BMW would GrandCoupe the 2 door cars. 4 Series GC and 6 GC.

The “normal” sedans were the GrandTourismos. 3 GT, 5 GT. This should’ve been the 7 GT.

My initial reaction was that I don’t hate it.

Then I realised you said “6-series” and now I’m completely confused.

How is this a 6? It doesn’t look like any other 6. It looks like a 5. I thought the whole point of the 6 was that it shared a platform with the 5, but was committed to form over function in contrast to the function-over-form 5.
