Congrats! A guy down the street has was looks to be a ‘66 500 convertible that I’d love to have. I saw him washing it last weekend. With the top down.

Mine is in need of another bath. And some oil, because I ran it today while low because I have more leaking than I thought and I’m a dumbass. Oh well.

At least baths are now more possible, since I installed new door seals. Before that, had a serious water-in-floorboards problem.

Had that very 300D in dark blue. Turbo issues w/ that engine.

And you could make extra cash disposing of bodies - that thing’ll hold 3 good-sized guys easy in the trunk.

Because it’s unsurprising, that particular OM603 currently has a stuck wastegate actuator.

Even better was the fact that my shocks were so bad on my truck that when RamblinRover and I were caravanning back to NC from my house, the 300D was *faster* than my Silverado through the mountains (because heavy truck with bad shocks can’t turn on wet pavement).
