1950 Dodge Meadowbrook. Described as mechanical sound with minimal rust. But with bad paint and a bad interior.
If it wasn’t out on Long Island I’d go take a look this weekend. Would be more useable replacement for the motorcycle, if I could only !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

I really do like the ‘50 Mopar styling, even if it’s a little staid and not really lively. There’s what I think is a semi-derelict but still straight ‘50 Cranbrook by the side of the road at a logging company near Traveler’s Rest, SC that I’ve been passing for the past 13 years or so, and it breaks my heart.

The paint looks fine and the interior doesn’t look bad
Honestly some color sanding would make that the perfect patinaed car and all you need is a nice blanket on the seats and a little carpet cleaner.

There were some different shots in a prior ad, there are spots of flaked off paint with rust on the hood and other upper surfaces. You can sort of see it on the interior shot.
But yeah. I figured to some minor cleanup, drive it all summer, then stabilize the paint/metal in the fall.

Well let us see those pics too! I bet though just color sand the paint and clean the rust spots then cover them with some clear and you would have a cool looking car.

That version of the ad isn’t up anymore, so I can’t get them.
