This is a big part of why I’m a 20-year customer (and counting)

OMG! this is amazing! I am very happy now I ordered a container from them. Next oil change I am sending in my sample.

Gotta love a company with a sense of humor. But I was kinda disappointed when the 2nd FAQ bitching about the price had a real link to a discount program, rather than a ‘no, really, it’s $28'.

Coincidentally, I have a 12k mile sample sitting in my car I forgot to mail out last night after changing my oil on my M3.

Hopefully I remember to do so tonight.

I’ve used them for over 7 years now

You went 12k miles between oil changes in an M3? That’s asking for trouble.

I’m about to send them my first ever sample. I know my engine is about to die. I just want to know how bad of shape it is in.

Based on what do you say that?

I’m basing my OCI on actual numbers reports from my past oil analysis

Same, my engine has a lot of miles and I’m looking for an indication of how much life it has left in it. My sample was delivered today so I should get an email within the next few days.

I’m assuming I’ll get a message in my note section that just says “WTF, how is this still going?

Imma send them my Mom’s 1990 Wrangler next. That should be good for a few laughs.

My dad has worked as an electrian for over 40 years now and I have seen him wrap any owie or boo-boo in electrical tape. Hel, one time a panel exploded while he was working right beside it. It gave him 2nd and some 3rd degree burns on his arms. He wrapped it up with an old rag and some electrical tape and went right back to work.

I’m about to send them a sample, too, but AFAIK, my engine is ok. I just bought my Silverado last fall, it is a 2011 and has about 110k on it, so after reading David’s article, I thought it would be a good idea to send a sample and see if there’s trouble ahead.

Last oil change I saw very noticeable shavings in my oil. This thing should have grenaded awhile ago by the way it looked. All that has happened so far is that the oil pressure has dropped slightly. I can’t wait for my results.

Not particularly. It all points to the magical healing powers of electrical tape.

I’m guilty of taping the provided kit bottles closed, something about a screw-on lid rattling around in shipping is just not something I trust.
