My strategy is to park far enough away so that 90% (the lazy people) wouldn’t want to walk that far, but not so far that it’s obvious what I’m doing (otherwise the bro-trucks will park next to you on purpose).

My approach is to park in a corner spot away from the building so that I’m protected on one side. Then, because people are lazy, and it’s a small office so they realize what I’m doing, no one parks right next to me on the other side.
