Screw you rules sticker, I do what I want.
For the safety conscious know that this was about a 700 yard drive at about 5 mph.
For the awesome conscious, 6x6's rule.
Gettin’ work done.
Getting play done. (this is another thing the sticker strictly forbids: DO NOT CLIMB HILLS OR ANGLED SLOPES!)
For $2500, this has been a good investment. it even pulls my boat okay.
I had this wild idea that it would be fun to take it on a multi-day overland trip. 800 lbs in the cargo box and another 75 up front. I wouldn’t put that much in there (because off road death) but 2 gallons of gas, plenty of food, a cooler, some comfortable camp setup, firewood, etc. Plus I could take off right from here and get access to plenty of trail without need of a trailer. I just might do that this summer. Who’s in?

A. Yeah I know, it actually says something like DO NOT climb more than 15 degrees. Death will follow. I mean sure its a very heavy, very tall, very narrow machine so don’t be stupid but...cmon.
B. Bear Lake, Utah.
C. I sent you a carrier moose, it didn’t arrive?

OMG I CAN’T EVEN WITH HOW IRRESPONSIBLE YOU ARE!
Kidding... I rode around standing on the hitches of tractors and even rode a *gasp* Honda Big Red at that age! I survived!
All of those stickers are there for litigious reasons.
Also, $2500?! NP!!!

It was a very pretty weekend. A thing desperately needed.

We had a big red, It had a broken front fork and steered WAY right. I drove that thing a lot. Man those things were scary.
Yeah, I feel like we did okay. Its needed a little work but has been pretty reliable.

Safety schmafety. My pops and I:
I think the warning sticker on this said, “Do not drive, ever”.

ANOTHER BIG RED OWNER! Seems like that was the thing to have. Statistically speaking none of us should be alive today.

Glad it worked out perfectly and you enjoyed it! Is that the Bear Lake on the Idaho border?

My dad got a Polaris 4 wheeler for hauling stuff around the homestead. He put hand controls on it, too. That thing is a blast. I highly approve of these shenanigans.

My little brother actually rolled it over on himself once. He was a little shook up, but survived. We also used to ride around in the bed of our pickup on city streets which was probably way more dangerous.

I really should stop using them on account of their success rate, but I bought in bulk and I’ve got to use them.

Right there with you, I towed my wife and kids home from our neighbor’s house in a wagon behind our riding mower on Saturday. On a public road, no less. Mind you, this public road is a short dead-end off another short dead-end off a long, quiet back road, averaging about 5 cars per day total including the 4 residents, plus the mail carrier. So... yeah.

My in-laws do round trip ATV trips all the time, They’ve got a Bosski trailer and load up for a week at a time;
They’ve done
Redfern
, The Grease Trail (aka the Alexander Mackenzie) and a bunch more around Tumbler Ridge BC, and Nordegg Ab.

I wouldn’t want to go nuts, but there are some neat areas that would be fun around where these pictures were taken that would be pinstripe city in the cruiser. Plus its just something a little different.

I used to work summers at a rental place - had a five-wheel Gator to move inventory around. Pretty fun when wound tight.

How would off roading in one of these things be any better or more legitimate than doing it in one of those glorified golf carts that the mob on O&E get annoyed by on the trails?
