I can find zero information about that gorgeous first one. The second was commissioned from a coach builder, but the buyer died before it was finished. Apparently Jag bought it and used it for a time as an support car for racing Mark 2s.
Bonus:
Estate XK150, because why not?

Isn’t it? Sadly, that was the only photo I could find of it.

My neighbor has a gorgeous white Mark II. He’s got a heavy Scottish accent and when we were talking cars he said that he had an Estate that he lost in a garage fire. I’m just now realizing that he was most likely talking about another car! My dumb ass was thinking “Fuck, that’s rough losing a whole estate because of a garage fire.”

the Jaguar Mk2 County.
Worth a read of the whole website.

This thread is worth a look through for some interesting estate cars that didn’t come to much.

Jagons are beautiful. I’d do many things for an XF estate here.
Like pay money.
No, not that you freak.

One of my favorite oddball facts is that while Ian Callum had nothing to do with the X-Type sedan, he did design the wagon, which I suspect has a lot to do with why the proportions look so much better.

The look on that man’s face so perfectly encapsulates what I imagine being in a car driven by a nonagenarian who is also your monarch must feel like.
