Turns out the guy who did a piss poor job of painting the front wing (whole other story) left this in the engine bay. At least it was an easy fix I guess. My negative review of his shop just got a little more ammo. Also free tools.

When I bought my Town Car, the PO left a Swiss Army knife in the engine bay (I don’t know what they were using that for). I ended up giving it to a friend who keeps it on her keychain. Now I don’t have that Swiss Army knife or that friend. I don’t know where I was going with this.

Free swiss army knife isn’t a bad deal. I have a couple of them and always seem to find a use for them.

I keep a Swisstool in my Jag. I figure if I have a problem that it can’t solve, it needs to be towed anyway.

I carry a fairly full toolkit and some spares with the misguided belief I can fix anything at the side of the road (I totally can’t).
