Here’s the bad thing that happened last week:
That’s what an expansion tank looks like when it falls onto a hot exhaust header in a SAAB 95.
I got the new tank today, thanks to very helpful SAAB enthusiast who sent it to me free of charge. But this is very much one of those old-weird-car problems you hope your old-weird-car never has. Very-Specific-Part breaks which cannot be found in any old junk yard.

Very Bad.
