I can’t remember if I’ve posted this, but I see this guy pretty regularly. A few weeks ago I saw him on the connector between Crystal City and Reagan National Airport. Then I realized the car is routinely parked in an airport employees lot that’s right by my office building. This morning I saw him on the road as I was turning out of my apartment complex.
Also, with the popularity of the new Beetle, Mini, and 500, why has the iconic 2CV not gotten a modern reissue?

1. Citroen (PSA) probably don’t have the funds
2. it’d be too overweight, so far away from what the original was that it’d be a sick joke

2 is basically true for the mini and beetle reissues.

Given that the original was already a sick joke... (A sick joke that I would daily...)

Nice specimen and nice photos, but they beg for cropping...

I think the Cactus is kind of a spiritual successor, seeing it is quite light for a car its size. Maybe they could make a new C2 based on the C1 but slightly larger, just like the Cactus does with the C3 chassis.

Thanks. I could probably crop if I wasn’t so lazy.

The little things are what turn pictures into photography.

Oh , I agree. I took several semesters of high school photography, so I manage to stumble upon decent compositions like this every once in a while, but I don’t take the time to edit.
I think this would be an awesome picture to turn into a b&w background, with only the 2CV in color.

Agreed.
