Where everybody else in the desert southwest get’s it’s water. The Colorado River and by extension lake Mead and lake Powell.
They also may be well and truly fucked in a few decades. We’ll see.

Arizona has been stockpiling water in underground reserves. Apart from a much more water conscious population we haven’t been anywhere nearly as screwed as LA was.
