Traffic lights.

As well as lights in the usual place you usually get little repeaters mounted at driver’s eye view (if you’re in a car, not so much if you’re in a truck)

Neat idea, I see that being extremely helpful for when the lights are at your side of the intersection and not the other. When I drive my wife’s car I find myself sometimes having to lean forward to see the lights.

I can definitely think of a few intersections around me that could use these.
