“Trying to find a home for her...”
Bud, the cat has already found a home. Say hello to your new feline overlord. She’s a cutie! Congratulations!
And being a tabby manx, reminds me of a kitty I had growing up.
ETA: Or does she have a tail? Kinda looks like it in one picture, but not in another.

Except we already have a dog and a cat which don’t live with us yet because we’re trying to get settled and this cat is terrified of dogs. She’s gorgeous, but it just can’t really work.

noooooope. It’s terrified of dogs and we are planning on bringing Michaela’s dog over in a couple weeks.

Brings back flashbacks. Long story short – wife found a cat, we couldn’t find owners so she talked me in to keeping it because it was so well behaved. Was cool at first but turned out to be a nut job a few weeks in. Guess it needed to be a “wild” animal and roam the streets…not having that anymore the aggression grew like crazy over time. One day it pounced on me, grabbed on to my leg and took a nice big bite deep in to my calf. Got infected, had to go to the ER for shots.
Was laughing about it a few months back looking at pictures of it with friends, and they were all like “dude that’s not a cat, that’s a fucking tiger!”.Seriously the thing would sprawl across the entire length of our coffee table when it laid out on it.
We have two (other) cats now that we adopted when they were kittens. Psychos in their own right but at least they know us and we know how to read their personalities. Beware!

Fact: if a cat or an Oppositelock Moderator walks into your house, you are obligated to care for it for the rest of its life.

We think we found their owners.

Except in which instance we find the original owners, which we believe we have.

Turn that frown upside down, Michaela just messaged me saying she believes she found the original owners.

Tell them to chip their cat! The next time it gets lost they might not be so lucky to have it picked up by someone who takes the time to find them.

Woot woot!! Yay! Glad the story has a happy ending. Good on you two for saving that lil cat. :)

Awe! Well I hope the cat finds a good home. :)

Looks like we found her family after scouring Facebook for “lost cat” posts. We’ll be taking her back there in an hour or so :)

That’s a pretty friendly looking cat.
![]() 05/22/2017 at 16:59 |

Yes! A cat will find a way to lose a collar. Chips are the only way to go.
