Here’s the rules. Go to your local craigslist, select cars/trucks, select all cars/trucks to include both dealers and private sales.

Simply type Rare in the search box. No other parameters.

False. There is a major difference between the people in the North, South, and Central. The easiest way to tell if you’re in Central Jersey is the fact that you have both Quickcheck and Wawa within the same town. If it’s all Wawa, you’re in South Jersey. If it’s all Quickcheck, you’re in North Jersey.

It wasn’t listed anywhere but a unicorn nonetheless. I saw a last gen 9-4X the other day. Pearl white. Still looks good to this day. Can’t imagine the parts availability is all that great at this point. Of course, the parts availability on anything gaining on 7 years is probably pretty light.

I was actually impressed by the number of cars in my area listed as rare that I agree with that claim. In terms of those claiming rare on regular cars it was generally in terms of “rare to find with such low miles” or rare combinations of options. The former was generally true; i.e. a 2000 with 25-30k miles in several case. The latter I don’t know nearly enough about how mid-2000 SUVs were typically optioned to confirm or deny. Here’s a couple highlights from the rare category and one that made me chuckle.

I’m working on the Capri right now I was hoping it would race at the end of this month but it’s not there yet. I’m having a charging issue with it and I think I need to upgrade to a newer/more powerful alternator. It’s apparently a common problem with these Fox Capri’s and Mustangs. Slowly accumulating some cash to be able to do that.

Thanks, it’s really a blast to drive and I can’t wait to get it on a rally course! I do miss the Montego, but I’m going to have more fun rallyX-ing the Capri then I ever would have cruising in the Montego, as bittersweet as it may be.
